We're hiring a full-time creative and reliable videographer and video editor to support Mission Realty's in-house media and brand initiatives.
This is not a freelance or project-based role. This is a full-time creative position (Monday-Friday, 9-5) where you'll be part of a fast-growing real estate brand producing high-quality content across multiple platforms.
This role focuses on producing high-quality video content that highlights our company, leadership team, market insights, and community presence. The ideal candidate has a strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging video content that will elevate our brand. Responsibilities
• Produce and edit high-quality video content for Mission Realty's brand, including market community videos, educational content, team member features, promotional videos, and more!
• Film on-site video content featuring the owner and team to promote community areas, events, and the Mission Realty brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, capture, and execute media projects that support company goals.
• Assist with creative direction, shot planning, and storytelling to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
• Maintain and properly care for video, audio, lighting, and related production equipment.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with real estate media and digital marketing trends to continually enhance content quality.
• Working Hours: Mon - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video storytelling and editing skills.
• Proficiency with professional video/audio equipment, lighting, and stabilization tools.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Familiarity with creating long-form and short-form video content for various digital platforms and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative visual eye.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
