The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic advisor to key client groups, delivering consultative guidance on collaborative initiatives, risk profile evaluations, policy audits, proposals, and renewals. This individual willleveragestrong relationship management and industryexpertiseto drive client success while effectively prioritizing and managing workflows to ensure thetimely,accurate, and seamless execution of criticalobjectives.

This roleoperateswithin Brown & Brown's Private Equity practice, Krauter & Company. Krauter & Company is a full-service international insurance and benefits brokerage that has transformed the traditional brokerage model to deliver innovative risk management strategies and tailored solutions that help clients navigate complex business challenges with confidence.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Participating in the retention of renewal business. Interacting with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwritingdataand related information in the marketing of insurance products.

  • Reviewing current policies and providing recommendationsregardingplacement options. Utilizing coverage checklists and a network of industry contacts to determineappropriate coverageand premiums.

  • Assistingon document issuance, data entry, and coverage approvals on advertising, television, feature film, documentary, and special event liability insurance programs.

  • Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage andadvisingthe client of any recommendations within a mutually established timeline.

  • Building andmaintainingconstructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.

  • Leveraging commercial entertainment insurance knowledge andexpertiseto actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

  • Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managingappropriate systemrecords of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS accordingly.

  • Nurturing professional relationships through the facilitation of personal client meetings and consistent client contact.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Valid State P&C brokers' license.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • 5-7 years' experience of Commercial Lines client management experience.

  • College degree preferred.

  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting.

Pay Range

$110,000 - $110,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
