Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each food runners primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clean service areas. This includes every area a customer can be served including the dining area as well as the theatres.
  • Coordinating food orders with the kitchen and server staff to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
  • Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards
  • Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Clearing and resetting tables.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business as directed by the manager or immediate supervisor.
