Bilingual Receptionist
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday, with overtime available as needed)

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and welcoming Bilingual Receptionist to manage the front desk operations at our Farmers Branch facility. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming visitors, clients, service technicians, and telephone calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish, and strong administrative organization to maintain a smooth, efficient office environment.

  • Front Desk Management: Greets and assists all incoming guests, vendors, subcontractors, and clients in a polite, professional, and hospitable manner.
  • Call Handling: Answers, screens, and routes incoming high-volume phone calls to the appropriate team members or departments, taking clear, detailed messages when necessary.
  • Bi-lingual Communication: Translates and assists Spanish-speaking clients, drivers, or visitors both in person and over the phone.
  • Mail & Package Distribution: Receives, sorts, and logs daily mail, packages, and incoming deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution to internal staff.
  • Administrative Support: Assists office personnel and department supervisors with basic clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Visitor Security & Logs: Maintains visitor sign-in logs, issues security/visitor badges, and enforces basic building access procedures.
  • Facility Upkeep: Keeps the lobby, reception area, and main conference rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary forms or supplies.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
  • Language Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish with fluent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Previous professional front desk, receptionist, or office administrative experience is required.
