Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about creating great customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
Gymnastics World of Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! This is a permanent, year-round position and is NOT seasonal. We are seeking reliable candidates who are looking for long-term employment and can commit to the schedule outlined below.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our gym, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our gymnasts and their families. This position offers the opportunity to grow in hours for the right candidate who demonstrates strong skills and a great work ethic. This position is part time with shifts on the following days:
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist families with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Process class registrations, payments, and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Support staff and management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide information about programs, events, and policies

What We're Looking For:

Position Details:
  • Part-time hours with potential for increased hours for the right candidate
  • Summer schedule would be ~ 26-28 hours with the schedule being Monday 3:00PM-7:45PM, Tuesday 9:00AM-1:30PM, Wednesday 1:30PM-7:45PM, Thursday 1:30PM-7:45PM and Saturday 8:45AM-1:45PM
  • Fall/Spring schedule would be ~ 22-26 hours with the schedule being Monday 2:00PM-8:45PM, Tuesday 10:00AM-2:00PM, Wednesday 10:00AM-2:00PM, Thursday 10:00AM-2:00PM, Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM.
