A Fill In Receptionist is a professional who temporarily covers the front desk and administrative duties at a business or organization when the regular receptionist is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or other reasons. Their responsibilities typically include answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, and performing basic administrative tasks. Fill In Receptionists need to quickly adapt to new environments and learn company-specific procedures. They are often employed through staffing agencies or work as freelancers, providing flexible support to various workplaces.
