Responsibilities
โ€ข Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
โ€ข Administrative Support: Handle emails, phone calls, and document organization.
โ€ข Personal Business Logistics: Run personal errands, manage expenses, and provide business-related assistance.
โ€ข Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
โ€ข Task Prioritization: Keep Billy organized and on top of his commitments.
โ€ข Confidentiality: Manage sensitive business and personal information discreetly.
โ€ข Tech Management: Use Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and HighLevel CRM.
โ€ข Do other assigned tasks as needed
โ€ข Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
โ€ข Organize meeting spaces for guests upon arrival to make sure they feel welcome

Qualifications
โ€ข Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.

โ€ข Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
โ€ข Willingness to travel occasionally.
