Job Summary

This is a “front of the house” position where the primary role is to meet and greet customers both on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone to facilitate a seamless and pleasant exchange when customers are coming and going. It is the most visible role within our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client Interaction

Database Entry and Filing Paperwork

Cross-Selling our products and services including training, grooming, daycare, boarding, and dog park

Gathering vaccine records and information needed for the care and welfare of our customer’s dogs, including but not limited to: shot records, special requests, health issues, grooming instructions, and feeding instructions

Maintain a clean and orderly workplace

Support other staff members, including taking dogs and belongings between the office and kennel

Qualifications and Skills

Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Database experience

Successful work history demonstrating the outlined responsibilities and duties

Experience in animal care industry preferred but not required

Must be able to work independently and as a team

Must be dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Hours needed between 14-25. We work M-F 7:15-11 am and 2:45-6 pm

Looking for two candidates that can ideally work both shifts of a day, 2-3 days per week
