Job description

Masoncare Administrative Support Intern

Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying and electronic records organization

Prepare routine correspondence, spreadsheets, meeting materials and presentations

Assist in coordinating calendars, meetings, room reservations and departmental activities

Organize shared files and help maintain accurate department records and logs

Respond professionally to basic questions and direct requests to the appropriate team member

Support mailings, supply inventories and other general office needs

Complete short-term administrative projects and other intern-level

Interest in healthcare, aging services, senior living or business operations is helpful

Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer-service skills

Organized, dependable, detail-orientated and able to maintain confidentiality

Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook

Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be necessary to assist with special events and meetings.
