BILINGUAL PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL

JOB DETAILS
* Location: Dallas, TX | Onsite
* Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annually, with performance-based bonus opportunities
* Schedule: Full-time, in-office

ROLE IMPACT
Support a growing personal injury practice by independently managing cases from intake through settlement or trial. This role keeps cases moving, protects critical deadlines, and provides responsive bilingual support while partnering closely with the attorney on pre-litigation, litigation, settlement, and trial preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage an active caseload from intake through settlement or trial, maintaining organized case files, calendars, litigation deadlines, discovery deadlines, and court requirements.
* Handle personal injury pre-litigation matters, including intake, medical records and bills, police reports, insurance documentation, treatment, damages, liens, demand packages, and case status updates.
* Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, notices, correspondence, Stowers demands, settlement demands, and other litigation documents.
* Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, experts, opposing counsel, court personnel, discovery, and other case events while proactively following up on outstanding matters.
* Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witnesses, documents, timelines, and trial materials while keeping the attorney informed of deadlines, case developments, settlement opportunities, and matters requiring legal attention.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with medical providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties.
* 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or senior legal assistant, with substantial personal injury or litigation experience involving case management, pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
* Working knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation and court procedures, including experience with medical records and bills, settlement demands, litigation documents, Microsoft Office, and legal case management software.

PREFERRED SKILLS
* 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, including catastrophic injury, commercial vehicle, wrongful death, or complex personal injury matters.

* Trial preparation and trial support experience; paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.
