Job description

Job Title:        Aesthetic Specialist -  Sales Consultants

Location: Laguna Niguel

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to educate patients on potential treatments. 
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend products based on individual patient needs. 
  • Engage in outbound prospecting by making 100-200 calls directly from our CRM. 
  • Clearly articulate product descriptions, benefits, and uses to potential patients. 
  • Stay informed about the competitor market through ongoing education. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with past patients and potential customers to drive sales. 
  • Utilize data to help patients understand how products can contribute to achieving their goals. 
  • Manage administrative tasks, including overseeing the financing process, recording sales, and scheduling patient appointments. 

Skills: 

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Proficient in warm calling techniques. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities. 
  • Technologically savvy, comfortable navigating multiple platforms. 

Organizational Relationships:  

  • Reports to Store Manager and VP of Sales 

Job Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in aesthetic med spa atmosphere
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office. 
  • Knowledge of HubSpot/Zenoti is preferred but not required. 
  • Experience with Filemaker or other CMR software is a major plus 
  • Tuesday- Saturday availability 

Salary: 

  • $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience levels 
  • Earning potential with bonus $100k-$180k
  • Retail Bonus
