Payroll Assistant

Payroll Manager / HR Manager

Position Summary:

The Payroll Assistant is responsible for supporting payroll and HR functions by assisting with new hire processing, terminations, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role ensures all documentation is completed, filed, and organized in a timely and confidential manner while supporting overall payroll operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with processing new hires, including collecting and organizing onboarding documentation.

Support employee terminations and ensure all required documentation is completed and filed.

Maintain and update employee records with accuracy.

Perform data entry related to payroll and employee information.

Organize and file all employee documentation in the appropriate location.

Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.

Assist with internal requests regarding employee records and documentation.

Support day-to-day payroll and administrative functions.

Other duties as assigned.
