We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the accurate handling, filing, and retrieval of records and documents. This role plays an important part in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring that information is accessible, current, and properly maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Sort, label, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents with accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records are stored in the correct location.
  • Enter data and update records in databases, spreadsheets, or document management systems.
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, faxing, and general document preparation as needed.
  • Review files for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
  • Support coworkers by locating and distributing requested documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or restricted information.
  • Perform routine office tasks and support administrative operations as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or records management experience is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
