Job Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus - available at our Mesa, AZ, Chaska, MN, or Richmond, VA locations. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on front-end development, with 20% on back-end work. You genuinely love building polished, intuitive UIs while staying capable of API integration and data layer work when needed.

Your initial focus will be a UI modernization effort on our Enterprise application - refactoring legacy interfaces into clean, responsive, component-based experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead UI modernization of our Enterprise application - refactoring legacy views into clean, component-based interfaces Build and maintain responsive, accessible web UIs using Angular Own front-end architecture decisions: component design, state management, and styling systems Partner with UX stakeholders to translate wireframes and requirements into polished experiences Develop and maintain C# back-end services and APIs (~20% of role) Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery Participate in Agile cycles and collaborate across engineering and operations teams QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of software development experience with a clear front-end emphasis Strong proficiency in Angular - you can own a component library, not just consume one Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, modern responsive design patterns, and component libraries (Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar) Demonstrated comfort using AI development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a productivity multiplier Strong eye for UI detail - spacing, consistency, and polish matter to you Effective communicator able to translate design intent into working software Collaborative team player who can also work independently Eager to learn, improve, and grow within a manufacturing technology environment Proficiency in C# and Microsoft SQL for back-end and data work Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) or design system implementation Unit testing experience for front-end code (Jasmine, Karma, or equivalent) Visual Studio 2022 / Visual Studio Code proficiency Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or heat transfer industries.
