Stand-Up Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team in a high-volume spice warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating stand-up reach trucks and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize spice and seasoning products throughout the facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse flow, product integrity, and accurate inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Load and unload pallets of spices, seasonings, and packaging materials.
  • Transport finished goods and raw ingredients to designated storage or production areas.
  • Perform accurate product picks for shipping and replenishment.
  • Follow warehouse layout to maintain proper rotation (FIFO) and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and order verification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.
  • Report equipment issues, product damage, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
  • Follow food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
