Become a Key Player as a Stockroom Clerk

You will support inventory accuracy and material flow for assembly operations by receiving, counting, kitting, and issuing materials. Your work ensures planning and assembly teams have what they need to meet production schedules. This is an onsite role on the 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Count and verify incoming materials and assemblies against paperwork
  • Enter transactions into the inventory system and complete cycle count functions
  • Kit and issue materials for planning and assembly and fill backorders
  • Research and resolve inventory record discrepancies
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories and maintain stockroom organization
  • Use digital weigh/count scales and other tooling to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Operate forklift and company vehicle for pickups and deliveries as required
  • Follow safety and PPE requirements and assist with facility clean-up or cross-department tasks
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a stockroom or inventory role
  • Forklift driver experience and appropriate forklift licensing/certification
  • Experience using computerized inventory systems and general data entry skills
  • Ability to perform medium work: frequently exert up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and work both independently and in teams
