Forklift Driver II – 2nd Shift

Work Location: Sturgis, MI 49091 Duration: 4–6 months of contract + possible extension

Job Description:

The Forklift Driver II is responsible for operating gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklifts, elevating platforms, or buckets to support the loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of previous forklift operating experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Additional requirements: 1+ years experience required.
