We are seeking a licensed Primary Therapist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced psychologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and behavioral health professionals in a clinically sophisticated environment that values innovation, individualized care, and professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults in residential treatment
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient progress
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
  • Provide crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Support relationship-building efforts with referral sources and community partners

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Texas licensure as LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S
  • Experience working with addiction, mental health, trauma, or dual diagnosis populations preferred, 3 plus years
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative treatment environment

Additional Requirements

  • CPR and SAMA certification required within 30 days of employment
