Job description

Our job site is an assembly line, not a place to solve problems for the first time. As Field Superintendent in Los Angeles, you run the set and finish in the field — landing modules and assemblies on schedule, to spec and safely.

What you'll do
  • Run day-to-day field operations from site prep through module set and finish.
  • Sequence crews, cranes and deliveries against the project schedule.
  • Own site safety, quality and inspections in the field.
  • Coordinate with the project manager, plant and trades to keep one plan.
  • Report progress, risks and field conditions back to delivery.
What you bring
  • 7+ years in construction field supervision.
  • Experience setting modular or prefab assemblies a strong plus.
  • Fluency with schedules, safety programs and inspections.
  • Calm, decisive leadership on an active site.
  • Willing to travel and work across regional project sites.
