The Field Support Manager will serve as a strategic partner across Key Accounts, Insights, and Distribution, developing scalable tools, processes, and communications that strengthen execution, drive alignment, and support national business objectives across the U.S. This role is crucial in our efforts to dominate the Energy Drink category, grow the business, and outperform our competition.

The Field Support Manager will oversee and develop product commercialization plans, distribution initiatives, and retail channel strategies. The Manager will develop and enhance processes, tools, and resources that support long-term growth, streamline operations, and enable sales teams to successfully execute key trade initiatives across RBNA's national Off-Premise network. The Manager will work cross-functionally to lead sales communications nationally for both internal teams and our external distributor network, and will also develop selling resources and materials that support sales and business plan initiatives.

Job Description

COMMERCIALIZATION AND SALES STRATEGY

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to create sales tools for Key Account and Off-Premise network.

Conduct trade analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Create impactful, strategic marketing presentations utilizing Circana data, insights, and storytelling.

Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business KPIs.

Present sales and distribution strategies to executive stakeholders.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LEADERSHIP

Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the monthly distribution activation live presentation and deck communicating sales and distribution priorities and executional directives.

Coordinate cross-functional input from key business stakeholders.

Gather, research, and incorporate relevant business insights.

Manage timelines, content deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure accurate deliverables

Record, publish, and distribute final materials and meeting content and communicate post-presentation updates and changes as needed.

SALES & DISTRIBUTION STAKEHOLDER FOR NATIONAL BRAND MARKETING INITIATIVES

Aggregate and align the Sales and Distribution plan in support of each campaign.

Translate the plan into clear, visual slides for inclusion in the campaign deck and present the content live to stakeholders.

Consolidate post-campaign results and performance insights into a clear summary of outcomes, key learnings, and recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders.

SALES ENABLEMENT TOOLS

Develop a monthly suite of sales enablement materials for the distributor network, including meeting decks, sell sheets, and other support tools.

Coordinate the end-to-end production of video content to communicate key initiative priorities, including scheduling speakers, videographer, and locations, developing scripts, and partnering on visual enhancements to improve impact and understanding.

Create and manage content for digital screens in distributor warehouses.

Ensure materials are clear, consistent, and aligned to the business strategy and brand guidelines.

DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT INTERNAL COMMUNICATION STANDARDIZED PROCESSES

Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.

Support product innovation and commercialization strategies.

Implement best practice tools, monitor, and report on sales performance.

Ensure executional success through sales communication and by creating standard guidelines in collaboration with the global Perfect Store and Beverage Initiative strategy.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Develop the overall internal communications strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders.

Manage timelines and work-back schedules with cross-functional department senior leaders to deliver essential resources to RBNA Sales & Distribution Teams.

Work with the Field Support team to ensure consistent communication of updates, direction, and information.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred.
  • Management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and client groups through effective tools and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on presentation and training.
  • Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Circana or similar databases to conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into compelling presentations.
  • Knowledge of in-store execution, merchandising, and POS in a direct store delivery distribution model preferred
Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
