Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process State Issued Level 3 Commissioned License Must have own equipment: Weapon with magazines/2 pairs handcuffs/Duty Belt/OC spray/Baton Strong report writing skills Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better. You have a state license Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record Demonstrate a stable work history Have reliable transportation Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time Computer Skills/ Social Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry) Must have served for at least 1 year in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity. Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure Preferred WinTeam experience but not required In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
