Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Provide 2nd level IT support
• Experience with operating system installation using SCCM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software
• Experience with mobile telephony technologies (MobileIron, iPad, Android and iPhone)
• Knowledge of office products like word/excel/email client etc.
• Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Hardware support - Laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipment break fix
• Backup & restore of OS and Data
• Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stock
• Hands on Audio/Video conferencing experience
• Experience in performing asset refresh
• Experience in network trouble shooting
• Basic knowledge of windows Active directory and group policies
• Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment and ladder up to 30 kg.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated equipment in office or plant environment and campus
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables
• Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
• Backup tape replacement
• Executive support
• Handling procurement
• Support rest of the locations in country remotely if required.
• Support Remote support teams if required
• Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the location.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Good Communication skills
• Problem ownership and follow-up
• ITIL concepts strongly preferred
• MCSE or MCP preferred
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Plant production environment experience (good to have)
Salary Range- $50,000-$65,000 Per Annum
