JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting Weber customers across North America and beyond.
You will:
Troubleshoot, repair, and service Weber equipment on-site
โš™ Install new solutions and ensure full functionality per specifications
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and operational issues
Serve as the communication link between customers and Weber teams
Document service work accurately in Salesforce within 24 hours
Travel extensively to customer sites (including Germany as needed)
Communicate job status and updates with service leadership
Recommend future parts and service solutions to customers
Ensure customers understand equipment operation and safety before departure
Provide various customer training requirements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
EducationandExperience
Associate degree or technical school diploma in electrical, mechanical maintenance, or related field
3+ years of field service, packaging, or industrial maintenance experience, 5+ years preferred
Equivalent education and experience considered
Travel Requirements
Extensive travel required based on customer needs
Flexible schedule including nights or weekends when necessary
Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Real ID-compliant drivers license or other TSA approved alternative form of identification required for travel
Valid passport or ability to obtain one

Technical Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Electrical, pneumatic, and machine shop experience
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and operational systems
Preventative maintenance and problem-solving mindset
Professional Skills

Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure environments
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce, and Concur experience is a plus
