Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you are responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment directly at customer sites.


You act as the company's technical representative in the field, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and delivering a professional customer experience.


Your Key Responsibilities


Installation & Commissioning

  • Install and commission equipment at customer sites
  • Perform adjustments and functional validation
  • Confirm full operational readiness before handover

Troubleshooting & Repairs

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic issues
  • Perform on-site repairs and adjustments
  • Identify root causes and ensure durable solutions

Maintenance

  • Perform preventive maintenance activities
  • Identify risk of failures and recommend actions
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards

Customer & Training

  • Explain interventions and provide recommendations
  • Train operators on equipment usage and maintenance
  • Maintain professional and structured communication

Documentation & Improvement

  • Complete service reports accurately and on time
