Depending on your skill level, certification, and production, our certified Service Technicians annual salaries range from $70,000 to $100,000 with highly productive certified master technicians earning even more.

Our service and parts areas run very smoothly in large part due to our solid processes and trained, skilled staff, many of whom have been with the company for twenty years or more.    

 Some of What You’ll do:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles assigned to you
  • Inspect vehicles and report on vehicles condition and recommendations
  • Check vehicle history for previous repairs and prior recommendations
  • Document cause, cure, and correction statements for each operation on repair order
  • Document flag and clock time on each repair order
  • Check for open Recalls
  • Instill confidence in the customer using “Fix It Right the First Time” protocols
  • Partner with service advisors to ensure work is completed and done on time
  • Build parts quotes, part availability, and procure parts from the parts department as needed
  • Continue to develop your skills and certification through OEM training, on-line and in-house training, and OTJ experience
  • Lead, train, and motivate a group of technicians

 What we are looking for:

  • Factory Master technician certification or ASE Master certification
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Professional work ethic and high integrity
  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
  • Strong problem solving and follow up skills
