We have been delivering top-quality roofing solutions since 2007. We serve residential and commercial clients across South Florida with a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional client service. As we grow our Palm Beach operations, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Service Manager to lead and build out our service department across the Boynton Beach to Vero Beach corridor.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Roofing Service Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the full operations of the Palm Beach service department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both operational execution and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and relationship builder who can scale the service department while maintaining high standards of quality and client experience You will oversee scheduling, dispatching, client communication, technician coordination, and department performance.

TERRITORY

The Service Manager will be responsible for all service operations within the assigned territory: Boynton Beach to Vero Beach, Florida. This includes managing service calls, building client relationships, coordinating crews, and actively pursuing new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.

ROLE FOCUS: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This is not a purely administrative role. The Service Manager is expected to be an active driver of department revenue, pursuing new client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and growing the client based within the assigned territory. Compensation is structured to reward that growth directly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead day-to-day service department operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships across the territory.

• Work closely with the service estimator and service supervisor to build and manage the service schedule.

• Prepare and process work orders, ensuring all job information is accurately documented.

• Create purchase orders for materials required on service jobs.

• Review service job books for accuracy prior to crew scheduling.

• Dispatch roofing technicians and monitor progress to ensure on-time, quality completion.

• Maintain an organized, current service schedule; adjust for emergencies or changes as needed.

• Assist in preparing quotes and estimates for roofing services.

• Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular status updates to management.

• Support the service team with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report generation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Create photo reports documenting service progress and job completion.


SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday, reporting to the office @ 6:00 AM

• End time is dependent on workload and departmental responsibilities.

• Extended hours may be required during the initial department stabilization period.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related field; service management experience strongly preferred.

• Proven track record in business development or client-facing sales within a service environment.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

• High ethical standards in both business and personal conduct.

• Outgoing personality with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients and crews.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to learn and operate Deltek / Computer-Ease and JobNimbus (training provided).

• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships across the territory.

• Must also be able to read and interpret specifications

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $80,000-$90,000 base salary

• Performance-based incentive program tied to the department EBITDA.
