We are continuously hiring Field Service Technicians across the Davie market to support our growing customer base and ongoing service demand.
 
This is an evergreen opportunity designed to build a strong pipeline of technicians for current and future openings in the area.
 
As a Field Service Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair our filtered water systems - including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers - at customer locations. You’ll represent Culligan Quench in the field, delivering reliable service and a professional customer experience every day.
 
This role reports to the Field Service Manager and includes use of a company vehicle. We provide hands-on training upon hire.
 
Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Schedule may vary slightly depending on market needs and customer demand.)
 
Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.50higher compensation may be available based on experience)
 
Responsibilities
  • Install, diagnose, and repair filtered water systems at customer sites
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including filter changes, tank cleaning/sanitization, UV bulb replacement, and line clearing
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete necessary repairs
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify leaks, wear, or system malfunctions
  • Complete scheduled service agreement tasks and document all service activity electronically
  • Provide a professional, positive customer experience during all service visits
  • Follow company and customer safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Maintain company vehicle in accordance with maintenance policies
  • Transport equipment and tools safely to and from customer locations
  • Ensure accurate and timely electronic transfer of customer and service information
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Requirements
  • Experience in repair, maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance service, or related technical field
  • Technical school degree or certification preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic tools
  • General computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn internal equipment systems and repair procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where quality and productivity both matter
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass background screening and any market-specific pre-employment requirements
  • Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, climb ladders, lift 70+ pounds, and transport equipment
