Position Profile: The Standley Systems Field Service Manager will provide customer service by Lead, Manage, Accountability management skills with assigned territory. This position will report to the FSM Manager and said territory will be the Production Service Team.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Highly Motivated to learn new Technology
  • Strong verbal communications
  • Electrical and mechanical abilities
  • Minimum of 10 years in Copier/Printer Service Industry
  • PC & Microsoft Office Skills
  • A+ Certification Preferred
  • Good driving record, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
  • High School Diploma

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing on-site repair and maintenance of copier/fax/scanner/ equipment
  • Resolve and train team members on non-printing and non-scanning issues
  • Provide outstanding support by meeting customer's needs in a courteous and timely manner
  • Managing on-site maintenance and repair of copier and multi-functional products in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Maintain and expand current technical knowledge by attending training classes and meetings
  • Maintain proper parts inventory in vehicle and managing the Teams inventory levels
  • Managing the Production Team utilizing tools and software through the BEI Acuity Program for team assessment
  • Managing in shop repair and maintenance of internal equipment
  • Lead their team through the traction process
  • Provide on going excellent Lead, manage, and accountability skills for team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
