Job description

STS Technical Services is hiring a Field Service Supervisor in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This full-time, exempt role provides daily leadership, development and operational oversight for the Field Service organization.
The Field Service Supervisor maintains an active field presence while ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution of installation, commissioning, warranty, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work involving Air Fin Coolers, Dry Coolers, Plate Heat Exchangers and related heat transfer equipment.
Position Summary
The Field Service Supervisor leads, coaches and develops field service personnel while supporting technician scheduling, manpower planning, customer service, quality documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for an experienced industrial field service leader with strong technical knowledge, customer relationship management skills and the ability to guide a team across complex field service operations.
Reporting and Job Details

  • Travel: Approximately 50 percent

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead, coach and develop field service personnel
  • Promote and enforce all company and customer safety requirements
  • Coordinate technician scheduling and manpower planning
  • Support commissioning, startup, preventive maintenance, warranty, outages and emergency response
  • Review service reports and quality documentation
  • Develop technician training and certification plans
  • Recruit, interview, onboard and mentor technicians
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Management
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators
  • Travel between customer sites to ensure work is being completed
  • Travel approximately 50 percent
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
