iNOEX, LLC has been providing equipment and service to clients throughout North America for over 20 years from our US headquarters in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a self-motivated problem solver to grow our technical support team.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel extensively throughout North America delivering world-class customer-support to clients by supporting new equipment commissioning, maintenance and upgrades to legacy equipment, and training and technical support of measurement and control equipment on extrusion lines.
  • Travel extensively throughout North America: expect 75% on the road
  • Provide written reports to clients at the conclusion of each project
  • Field inspection and repair of systems and components
  • Remote support to clients

Qualifications:

  • Required
    • Able to troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues with minimal guidance
    • Able to plan and execute implementation of a complete project
    • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
    • Demonstrate strong work ethic with aptitude for troubleshooting complex systems
    • Possess strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work well with others
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Proficient in Ethernet Network Administration
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
    • Must be willing and able to meet national and international travel requirements, pass background check, drug test, and medical exam.
