As an IT Field Services Engineer, you will provide field-level technical support for end users across assigned locations, ensuring endpoint devices and systems operate efficiently with minimal disruption.

Position: IT Field Services Engineer

On-Call Requirements: 3-4 times per month

Experience

  • 3-5 years of desktop support experience (imaging, troubleshooting, hardware support, remote user support)

Education
