Collaborate closely with Tier 2 support to ensure smooth handoffs, clear communication, and fast incident resolution

Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, network equipment, and related infrastructure

Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement

Build strong working relationships with practice staff, providing responsive, professional on-site support

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and application environments

Experience supporting or collaborating with a help desk / end user support team

Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time within the Atlanta-area territory

Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, field-based schedule

Why Join Dentistry for Children

Be part of a mission-driven organization helping children build a lifetime of healthy smiles

        Competitive salary plus travel compensation

        Health, dental, and vision benefits

        401(k)

        A supportive, collaborative team culture

Location: Atlanta, GA (field-based, servicing area practice locations)
