Field Service Coordinator / Project Coordinator - Orlando, FL

Who:

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
● Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project requirements and availability
● Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups
● Track project timelines, parts, and documentation using internal systems
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or escalations
● Maintain accurate records and generate service reports

Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
