Job description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support / Field Service Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users and office technology. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows-based devices, and assisting with installation, configuration, and relocation of IT equipment. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and is comfortable performing physical technical tasks such as equipment setup, moves, and basic cabling.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of IT support or field service experience preferred
Experience supporting Windows devices and common office peripherals (printers, monitors, docking stations, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently
