- Manage wood framing projects from contract through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with plans, specifications, and customer expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, customers, field teams, suppliers, and internal partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and revisions to identify project requirements, potential issues, and changes
- Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, site readiness, labor, materials, equipment, and other resources needed to support successful project execution
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing revisions, and project updates
- Monitor jobsite progress and partner with field leadership to identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or productivity
- Coordinate material planning, availability, and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams to support project timelines and jobsite needs
- Monitor project costs and changes in scope, coordinating appropriate pricing, documentation, approvals, and execution
- Maintain accurate project information in Procore and other project management systems while providing clear and timely updates on project status, milestones, and risks
- Build strong relationships with customers and project partners while identifying opportunities to improve project coordination, field productivity, and overall project performance
