About the Opportunity:
GrowNScale is seeking a highly capable and experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior buildout projects throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is ready to take full ownership of projects from planning through closeout.
Commercial Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects
• Coordinate field labor, materials, schedules, and inspections
• Track budgets, forecasts, and profitability
• Communicate clearly with clients, GCs, and vendors
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and documentation compliance
• Support and collaborate with field superintendents and foremen
Commercial Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC, construction timelines, and workflow
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
