Welcome!

The Supervisor, Field Operations supports the Field Management team through indirect supervision of para-professionals as they work to meet their daily and monthly objectives. Regularly reports progress to management. Typically reports to a manager level or above. Lead complex installations or cutovers; coordinate multitrade tasks and ensure sequence integrity. Create jobspecific MOPs including steps, test points, evidence requirements, and rollback plans. Perform functional tests and assist with commissioning; validate readings against acceptance criteria. Execute precision mounting and alignment, verify tolerances with gauges and templates. Troubleshoot live issues using meters, diagnostic tools, and configuration checks. Verify labeling and documentation before handover; update redlines. Train junior techs on best practices and measurement techniques. Organize vehicle/tool kits; confirm parts completeness before departure. Handle customer walkthroughs to demonstrate outcomes and usage. Provide feedback to planners on job durations and method improvements.Minimum Experience: 4+ years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
