We are actively hiring Field Foremen and Lead Technicians with experience in tank and dome erection. This is your opportunity to join a company offering top industry pay, great benefits, and long-term career growth.
Your Role
As a Field Foreman, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of bolted steel tanks and aluminum dome covers across various job sites. You'll lead crews, manage documentation, and ensure high-quality execution of all field operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and participate in the erection and installation of bolted tanks and geodesic domes
  • Complete all required site documentation (daily reports, timesheets, safety logs)
  • Operate standard erection equipment: forklifts, manlifts, and more
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards (OSHA 30, MSHA 48, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements
  • Proven experience in bolted tank and/or dome erection
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 150'
  • Able to work in extreme hot and cold environments
  • Valid driver's license and ability to qualify as a DOT driver
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
  • Safety certifications preferred (OSHA 30, MSHA 48, Basic Plus)
