Lead Our Residential Water Remediation Division!!

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Water Remediation Operations Manager to lead and grow our residential water remediation team. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in water restoration who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, manage restoration crews, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and help build a high-performing department as our company continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and develop the residential water remediation team

• Oversee daily scheduling, staffing, and job execution

• Ensure restoration projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Coach and mentor field technicians and crew leaders

• Monitor quality control, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain compliance with all industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

• Drive department performance through training, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of field personnel

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential water restoration experience

• Previous experience managing water restoration crews and field operations

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

• Experience scheduling crews and managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of water mitigation equipment, drying processes, and industry best practices

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)

• IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD)

• IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
