About the Opportunity

Perkins Management Services Company is seeking a Campus Field Marketing Director to bring our campus dining programs to life across assigned college and university accounts. This role leads the planning and execution of student-facing marketing, events, digital and social content, signage, promotions, and engagement campaigns that strengthen participation, satisfaction, and the overall campus dining experience.

The ideal candidate is a creative, organized field marketer who can turn strategy into a clear annual calendar, manage multiple activations at once, and partner closely with operations, culinary, campus leaders, and student groups. This is a hands-on campus-based role for someone who enjoys building energy around dining programs and using data and feedback to make each campaign stronger.

What You Will Do
Lead campus marketing and brand execution

· Develop, execute, and measure the annual campus marketing plan and activation calendar across digital, social, website, print, signage, environmental graphics, and in-person channels.

· Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across student-facing and campus communications while respecting each campus partner's brand requirements.

· Manage the production, quality control, and distribution of dining marketing collateral and promotional materials.

· Create memorable student engagement and campus events

· Plan and execute student-facing events, theme meals, cultural programming, move-in and welcome activities, homecoming, finals, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns from concept through post-event recap.

· Coordinate a student dining advisory committee and build partnerships with student organizations, campus groups, and campus stakeholders.

· Manage social media and content in an authentic, student-centered voice that supports participation and two-way engagement.

· Drive growth, feedback, and measurable results

· Support growth initiatives for meal-plan participation, retail dining, catering, and special events.

· Gather and assess student feedback through surveys and other feedback channels, close the loop with students, and translate insights into program improvements.

· Track and report on engagement, participation, activation performance, and satisfaction; use results to continuously improve marketing plans and campus programming.

· Coordinate planning across teams and locations

· Maintain the marketing calendar and project pipeline across multiple events, deadlines, and locations.

· Coordinate internal creative, digital, print, and production resources so campaigns are ready before each event or launch.

· Partner with operations and culinary teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience on campus.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, foodservice, higher education, multi-unit, retail, or consumer-brand environments.

· Hands-on experience with event marketing, field activation, and multi-channel campaigns that improved real business or engagement metrics.

· Strong project management and calendar-management skills, with the ability to plan ahead and manage many simultaneous events and deadlines.

· Practical social media and content skills for platforms used by college students.

· Strong creative judgment and experience overseeing the design and production of print and digital materials.

· Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.

· Comfort using Excel, reporting tools, and campaign-performance data to guide decisions.

· Ability to be campus-based and travel between assigned campuses as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in higher education, collegiate dining, campus retail, or similar student-facing environments.

· Familiarity with college-dining marketing and industry benchmarking, including organizations such as NACUFS.

· Design, video, photography, graphics, or content-production skills, or experience directing creative resources.

· Experience working with student advisory boards, ambassador programs, or student-organization partnerships.
