About the Position

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is looking for a professional Armed Field Supervisor to support security operations throughout the Lafayette area and surrounding markets.

The Armed Field Supervisor is a key member of the field leadership team, supporting Security Officers and helping maintain excellent service for our clients.

The position is based in the Lafayette area, with occasional travel to other IPSC offices and job sites as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and support armed and unarmed Security Officers in the field
  • Conduct inspections of active security posts and provide coaching and feedback
  • Monitor officer performance and help maintain IPSC standards
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and site escalations
  • Serve as a point of contact for officers and clients
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining security coverage
  • Respond to call-offs and assist with finding appropriate coverage
  • Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate important information to management and operations leadership
  • Provide security coverage when needed to help ensure client sites remain protected
  • Support field operations and special assignments as directed

  • Security experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Armed security experience and the ability to obtain and maintain required armed credentials
  • 25 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and a strong driving record

  • De-escalation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Physical & Job Expectations

This position involves active field work and may include:
