Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise field crews during commercial roofing installations
  • Oversee installation of PVC, EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen roof systems
  • Ensure daily work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the company quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet schedules and goals
  • Conduct daily safety talks and enforce jobsite safety practices
  • Track crew attendance, performance, and productivity
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field and guide crews through complex installations
  • Train team members on proper roofing techniques and new systems
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and project progress
  • Communicate jobsite needs and updates to office and leadership teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including PVC, EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen preferred
  • Experience leading and supervising roofing crews
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new roofing systems and methods
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and installation specifications
  • Effective communicator and motivator in the field
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and on rooftops for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
