Field Talent Specialist
Pay Rate: Starting at $18 per hour.
Location: Hampton, GA
A dynamic and growing company in Hampton GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Talent Specialist to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people, loves logistics, and has a strong sense of quality and follow-through.
Responsibilities:

  • Help improve tools and systems that make recruitment, scheduling, and communication smoother
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives with the Social Media Specialist
  • Recruit and onboard team members (evaluators)
  • Build and maintain a diverse, reliable, and geographically distributed pool of candidates
  • Assign evaluators to projects based on location, availability, and experience
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members about project instructions, expectations, and deadlines
  • Monitor report quality and team member performance; provide coaching and feedback
  • Maintain internal records and tracking of team member activity and availability
  • Work with the operations team to forecast evaluator needs for upcoming contracts

Requirements & Other Qualifications:

  • Bonus: Experience with market research, or remote workforce management
  • 2+ years in community management, recruiting, customer service, or field coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you love building structure where it’s needed
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and email communication platforms
  • Able to work independently and problem-solve with limited oversight
