$250 Signing Bonus

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

✔ Teaching certification preferred

✔ Montessori Certification is a plus, but not required

✔ Experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus

✔ If you're not Montessori Certified but have Montessori experience, we encourage you to apply!

✔ Passion for child-centered, hands-on learning

✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills

✔ Creative, patient, nurturing, and collaborative

✔ Spanish-speaking is desired, but not required
