We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers’ needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setup, program, operate and adjust CNC controlled steel wire forming equipment.
  • Setup, operate and adjust mechanical and manual steel wire forming equipment.
  • Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary.
  • Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
  • Strong work ethic.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge and understanding of steel wire forming characteristics.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
  • Must possess a positive, “can do” attitude.


THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience with CNC and manual wire forming equipment.
  • Previous experience with AIM wire formers and Fanuc controls.
  • A certificate from college or technical school is a plus.
