  • Effectuer le suivi, l’inspection et le contrôle de la qualité des travaux sur le chantier

  • Réaliser les relevés de quantités nécessaires au suivi des projets
  • Assurer une gestion rigoureuse de la documentation et des dossiers de projet
  • Participer au processus de soumissions et de préparation des offres de service
  • Perform site monitoring, inspections, and quality control of construction activities;
  • Provide technical and operational support to on-site teams;
  • Carry out quantity takeoffs required for project tracking;
  • Ensure accurate management of project documentation and records;
  • Contribute to the preparation of bids and proposal submissions.

  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, en génie de la construction ou en technique en génie civil, ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en construction, de préférence sur de grands projets de génie civil lourd
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et Excel, connaissance de base de MS Project; AutoCAD est un atout
  • La maîtrise du français est requise. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est préférable
  • Excellentes aptitudes en planification, organisation et communication interpersonnelle
  • Rigueur, professionnalisme, discrétion et sens de l’initiative
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à lire/interpréter des plans et devis techniques avec précision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering Technology, or any equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction preferably on large heavy civil projects 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of MS Project; AutoCAD is an asset

  • Fluency in French is required; strong proficiency in English is preferred

  • Excellent skills in planning, organization, and interpersonal communication

  • Detail-oriented, professional, discreet, and proactive

  • Ability to work under pressure and accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
