What You'll Do (At-a-Glance)

Support Clinical Operations

• Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and patient care delivery
• Help ensure compliance with Medicare, AHCA, and agency regulations
• Support implementation of agency goals, quality initiatives, and performance standards
• Participate in staffing decisions and personnel assignments

 

Lead & Develop Clinical Staff

• Provide guidance and support to clinicians in the field
• Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
• Serve as a resource for problem-solving and patient care concerns

 

Drive Quality Outcomes

• Help maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
• Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively according to physician orders and plans of care
• Support regulatory readiness and compliance efforts

 

What You Bring

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 3-5 years of Home Health experience (required)
• 2+ years of Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and clinical operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
