Overview
Tippmann Construction is hiring a Field Administrative Assistant to support an active construction project in Fredericksburg, PA. This is a 16-month, on-site role working out of a jobsite trailer alongside project managers, field teams, and subcontractors.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain project files, logs, and records (digital and physical)
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
  • Draft emails and correspondence for Project Managers
  • Create and update spreadsheets (templates and basic builds)
  • Complete daily weather reports
  • Manage office equipment and maintain supply inventory
  • Update and manage contacts in Outlook
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding (safety/compliance programs)
  • Help keep the job trailer clean, organized, and stocked
  • Support the project team with general administrative tasks
