Fidelity Bank is seeking an experienced lender to help drive growth in the Luzerne County market and become part of our award-winning team. In this role as a Business Relationship Manager, you will work with business clients to meet their financing and banking services needs. As an integral part of the business banking and commercial lending team, you will source new business opportunities and build and maintain client relationships while producing high quality loans and providing financial products and services for their business needs. While partnering with your clients to understand their business objectives, you will be their trusted financial advisor, providing guidance and financial tools to help their businesses thrive.
You will work with your internal business partners to develop new business through branch referrals and cross-sell bank products and services for your business clients. Providing required information on sales and service activities, understand program designs, and being knowledgeable of applicable laws and regulations are included duties in this role.
At least 3 years of experience in business and/or commercial lending with a strong credit background is required.
