    • Multidisciplinary Integration: Lead and synchronize high-performance teams, including civil engineers, MEP professionals, and specialized consultants, to deliver cohesive infrastructure solutions.

    • Site Intelligence & Due Diligence: Oversee complex site due diligence, test fits, and intricate utility coordination to de-risk fast-paced data center developments.

    • Advanced BIM Coordination: Steer the integration of high-fidelity 3D BIM models, ensuring site components align perfectly with architectural and MEP scopes within the digital environment.

    • Technical Authority: Manage the fast-tracked design process for mission-critical facilities, providing innovative solutions to complex grading, drainage, and utility challenges.

    • Construction Administration: Oversee site progress and compliance, addressing RFIs and field challenges to ensure the final build matches the rigorous design intent and quality standards.

    • Client & Leadership Synergy: Foster transparent communication across all stakeholders and provide strategic project updates to firm leadership, aligning technical delivery with overarching business goals.

    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.

    • Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    • Experience: 5+ years of progressive project management experience, specifically within mission-critical environments (data centers, heavy infrastructure, or complex site development).

    • Software Proficiency: Expert command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and a deep understanding of BIM modeling and design coordination workflows.

    Preferred Qualifications
