The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Data Entry Associate to support Fidelity's High Risk Roles (HRR) Program.
This role supports daily operations and administration of the HRR program and support the completion of the Enhanced In-service Background Reviews.
Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in Fidelity systems
  • Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide requested information to management
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
  • Follow company procedures for data management and security
Skills and Knowledge
  • Outstanding digital literacy, including Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient typing and using a keyboard number pad
  • Excellent social skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to calmly work in a fast-paced environment
